Catching up.

April has come and gone. It was an exciting month. I got my black belt in Tae Kwon Do. Master Chong Lee 9th dan tested me and when he handed me my belt all he said was "Shelley Hibbs-Blackmore...Excellent Exam...Passed!". It was amazing! Here I am.

April also took in Kadyn's first hair cut. So sweet! About time too huh!

Then on came May. The month is just breezing away. All of our sports activities have come to an end. That means that summer is on it's way. Ocieanna had her sparks final last night and got her first year pin. She is so sweet. Here's my big girl!

Happy Birthday Jadian!

One more Birthday! Jadian our first turns 8 on March 26! It's hard to believe that i'm a mother of an 8 year old. Yikes...that means i'm getting older also! But that's not a bad thing. It's all in lifes great adventure. We had a small skating party for Jadian on the 24th. Jadian and a few of his friends had fun skating at the Bruce II. Then we had pizza. Here's my boy and the party. We also had Kadyn skating for the very first time...check him out! Though that was only a fluke photo...he really can't skate.

March Madness Continued

Bowling
Now it's was my turn to have a little fun out on a tournament. I won a bowling tournmanet here in PAB and got to compete in the Provincials which were held in Clarenville on March 10. It was a fun trip, myself and 5 others from PAB got to go. My partner and I did quite well, just not well enough to proceed to the nationals but it was all in good fun. And an experience i'll never forget. Competitive bowling is quite different from our normal fun night of bowling.


Yellow Belt testing
March 11 Jadian and Ocieanna got their yellow belts. They were so excited. It was a great exam and they did great. Won't be long now and they'll be ready to compete against me!

ICE SHOW!
The annual ice show was held on the 18th. Ocieanna and her group did quite well. This year's theme was the enchanted forest. Ocieanna's group were the queens and the king. Here they are...so sweet! Consisting of 5 and 4 year olds.
